A Series of Unfortunate Events: The Bad Beginning by Lemony Snicket J SNI—Violet, Klaus, and Sunny Baudelaire are three siblings who become orphans when their parents die in a house fire. They are sent to live with a distant relative, Count Olaf. Count Olaf is a horrible man who wants nothing more than to get his hands on the Baudelaire fortune that will be given to the children when Violet comes of age.
